First job on Absolutely Fabulous. Stayed in British media for the next decade, working across some of the biggest programmes the BBC ever made. Helped build BBC iPlayer.
The Consultancy Years
Joined Accenture. Spent years embedded in enterprise change programmes at the Including the launch of Barclays Faster Payments BP, and others
Rewriting the script
Reversed two chronic conditions doctors had described as lifelong. Hashimoto's and infertility through my own structured personal protocols involving script re-wrting, supplements and living from the end result.
The Mum years
Three kids. The work continued. Books were drafted in the spaces between. The long lesson of holding a senior career and a family at the same time, which most professional women will recognise.
Real Humankind
Founded in 2024 as the home for the writing, the advisory work, and the frameworks. Built the umbrella for everything that had been emerging for years. A space to make sense of two decades of pattern recognition and to start saying things out loud.
AI & Beyond
Pivoted to AI and went deep in up skilling. Started building MVPs on weekends, prototyping apps, testing what was actually possible with the new tools.
Launched the Substack Whose Story Is It Anyway? and The AI Authorship Field Guide.
Began advisory work with senior leaders on the human side of AI integration.
